Dear Families,
I hope you had a fabulous weekend with family and friends. Students will receive their new AR book this week in library for the month of December. In addition, all students should be practicing their multiplication or division facts for at least 5 minutes a night!
As we continue through December, students will be recognizing acts of kindness completed within the classroom. This kindness chain will be linked around the room as a reminder that we are a family and we treat one another with kindness! In addition, the entire third grade is focusing on quality work throughout the month of December. We have discussed that quality means working diligently, accurately and neatly. We do have a surprise visitor coming in on Friday to help us celebrate “Coding Week” and Computer Science within the Elementary Classroom. It is sure to be an exciting day.
We do have a Math Test tomorrow on Module 2. In addition, we will have a science quiz on Tuesday. The study guide for science will be discussed and reviewed on Monday!
Warmly,
Miss Amoscato
