30 minutes; YOGA I've been trying my hand at yoga whilst thinking about yoda and his wise sayings. I've tried to convince myself that maybe I'm becoming a bit more reflective or my mind has opened up in a new way when I do my 30 minutes of yoga for the day. For those of you who know me, I love running. And I'm missing my running. I've talked to my husband a lot about this and based on the way things are going, I have found that running around the city is not the best idea right now. So, I've changed my 365 days of clarity with intentions of 30 minute YOGA sessions nightly. It's a great way to start the day or end the day. And it hurts. But it really helps ground myself and find energy in my bones and muscles when I must say my heart feels the weakest right now. Weak as in a bit sorrowful. Weak as in a bit bitter. Weak as in, not full of as much excitement as it usually is because I cannot do quite literally anything majorly purposeful because I cannot do what I love. So channeling my inner yoda through yoga has been a beautiful thing. I'm the least flexible person but my mind has grown more flexible with this routine. I'm THANKFUL-ever thankful for this release.
