Evaluation
I loved this book. Not only is it a remarkable complex picture book, there is so much to be learned from every animal encounter. A fable for the ages and perfect for any grade K-5. Wonderful vocabulary, excellent characterization and a thick plot are just a few of the many beautiful qualities about this particular picture book.
