When you live in the city, you tend to find whimsy in the growth surrounding the asphalt or the place where the sidewalk ends. Where the green grows into a thriving kingdom of vines and nature's designs under a canopy of blanketed dreams. After breakfast Saturday morning, I took a stroll beneath the trees, mesmorized by the age of those trees and what they have seen and who has stood beneath them and beside them.

Looking at the bark and the patterns and lines of secret tree messages as if to whisper all the truth and all the secrets of the world. Something about being beneath the tallest trees reminds me of how insignificant I am. How beautiful our world is. How important it is to see yourself as part of the team of green rather than just a single tree. Afterall, we are all part of His kingdom. And he is not looking for one tree but an army to create a whimsical blanket of green love over the world and its people.
