Time has passed by so quickly that we had to lump the 10 & 11 month blog into one! However, we give ourselves grace as we are in the midst of tying up many loose ends as we prepare for our move and other "big-life" contempations. These two months for you were like the ultimate "garden months." You blossomed and grew at such a rate that we honestly didn't even have time to reflect on the garden and write it all down. 

You began to say small words and right now everything is "egg." This came in perfect time for Easter where you managed to label absolutely everything in sight with "egg." You can still say baba very clearly and have started to say "duck" and sometimes "dog" as well as "ma" and "up!" and occasionally "car." We trust that the next few months will be full of new words and phrases as you continue to put your own language to everything you see. 

You are the flower with the spunkiest soul (and I mean that sincerely.) You are certainly a talker and a people person and you love to express your emotions (good and bad) with quite the zest. We know exactly when you are angry or tired or silly or happy, and all of those emotions keep us on our tippy toes! You love to wave to every person and doggie you see now in the neighborhood, and we have even started taking a second 40 minute walk in the morning right when you wake up because that is just how much you love nature. You love to stop and chatter with the tweeting birds, watch the sunrise, point to the cars on their way to work and sometimes even our neighbors. You are a reminder that every day is a simple gift and every day truly needs to be just that-SIMPLE to create such happiness. You also ADORE the outdoors, and I think if you could tent out there every night, you probably would!

You continue to eat absolutely everything in sight. You love berries, HUGE strawberries, potato and broccoli. Essentially anything anyone else is eating you want to try, and you usually end up liking it too. The only food we truly detest seems to be cheese. We are slowly making our way from the formula to a little bit of real milk. You don't seem to hate it but you don't seem to love it just yet so a little bit at the time! We have now started filling your bottle with water at night to save your teeth, and you seem to still like this as a comfort in case you get a bit thirsty trying to put yourself to sleep!

We look forward to your birthday party and celebrating these next two months with family before we depart for yet another adventure! We know you will enjoy having another baby buddy around because you sure to love your baby books. We read each of those about twenty times per day! You are interested in all people (big and small!) 

You continue to love copying your cousin when you see him. Your latest fascination is watching him walk and trying to do the same! You have started pulling up on just about everything, and you are a very careful and successful cruiser. We trust that in the next month or so, we will most likely be sprinting after you! I think you will LOVE the freedom of it all, and I do think it will save mommy's back a bit. 

Looking forward to yet another beautiful year around the sun and blogging and writing about all of the details and blessings as we go through it together. We know this year with you has been such a blessing. You are a healthy, happy, loving, beautiful little girl and we just could not ask for a greater gift in life. We love you ALL the way to the Luna and back again. With much love!
