Dear Families,

    Good Evening! I hope everyone survived the very large snow accumulations Friday night into Saturday. Despite our Steelers losing, I still think we will have a great week!

     Just a reminder that students will not have their weekly reading test and vocabulary test. We will be reading literature. However, the variety of literature will be quite different this week. It is quite hard to believe that this is the last week of the second quarter! We continue to work on cooperation and kindness towards others as well as the importance of determination and an excellent work-ethic within the classroom!

     A very Happy Martin Luther King Day to all. We will be discussing Martin Luther King and his contributions all of this week as well as throughout the remainder of this month. We will be discussing many leaders and their wonderful contributions towards equality for all.
