Dear Families,

     Good Afternoon! I hope everyone enjoyed their very unexpected Friday “Snow Day!” Students will be tested on their spelling words this coming Monday. However, there are no new spelling words for this week! A Math Test will take place Tuesday and a study guide will be sent home Monday Evening. In addition, as third grade teachers, we do have a small “Friendship Feast” to celebrate love, kindness and patience towards one another! Students will be exchanging poems with their peers. Our 3A class has been assigned the “cookie” and “sweets” for the Thanksgiving Feast. We do not allow any peanut or nut products due to allergies. In addition, please reach out to me if your child is gluten free or has a severe allergy, and I will shop for their goodies separately! Students are welcome to bring in some sweets to share with the other classrooms on Wednesday. Twenty of one item is more than enough. However, I also understand the busy nature of this season. Thus, if you are not able to contribute that is also okay, too! I will shop myself this weekend to make sure we have enough goodies!
