Dear Families,

A very Happy Sunday to you all! We survived our first three days back within the classroom, and we are moving ahead to exciting things! We are continuing our immigration unit within Social Studies this week. Students have been assigned the name of an immigrant who came over from Ellis Island (many years ago.) They are excited to embark on this journey together! We have set new goals for ourselves and students have been doing a wonderful job reflecting at the end of this week whether or not they have been indeed meeting their set goals. We have quite a self-reflective class this year! I hope you have had a wonderful start to your New Year as well!
