Dear Families,

    Hello! For those of you who ran the Marathon or Half Marathon this weekend, congratulations! It was beautiful and vibrant weekend in the city of Pittsburgh! The city of Pittsburgh was alive with people from all walks of life. It was quite a neat experience! We had a really lovely week last week in regards to thinking creatively and learning content in every subject.

    Students did receive spelling words for this coming week on Friday. Students will receive their vocabulary words for the text this week as well. We now are officially taking our spelling tests in cursive! All of us are doing a fantastic job with our cursive.

    As we continue on through the final months of this year, we are continuing to work on being respectful to others (thinking of others first before ourselves) and being kind! We have built a truly wonderful classroom community. As a group, we continue to work on spreading kindness wherever we go.

    Also, a very Happy Mother’s Day ( a bit early) to all the wonderful mothers out there!) Thank you for your love, support and kindness. Motherhood is no easy task!
