Dear Parents,
I hope everyone is having a wonderful weekend. Just a reminder that you should be checking your child’s homework every night. Homework logs should be signed daily by a parent (including Fridays!) Students should be practicing their multiplication facts every night! Once they pass their multiplication timed test (2 minutes) they will move on to the next set of multiplication facts. At least 10 minutes should be devoted to facts each night! In addition, students should be practicing their spelling words every night! Studying small chunks every night will make the studying more manageable!

We are focusing, as a class, on improving our listening skills and reaching our own individual goals! On Friday, I was able to sit down and talk to most students about what they would like to achieve before the end of the year as far as behavior and academics.
